Where do you deliver?
Throughout Ireland, the EU and selected international destinations including the UK, US, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE, subject to local alcohol import rules.
How long does delivery take?
Ireland 2–3 business days · Europe 4–7 · International 7–14. Corporate orders are scheduled with you, typically 3–5 weeks including personalisation.
What about duties and taxes?
Prices exclude import duties. For international orders we can ship duties-paid (DDP) on request and include this in your quote.
Can each gift go to a different address?
Yes. Send us a recipient list and we will dispatch individually, with tracking for every parcel.
How should I store the tea?
Keep tins sealed, away from light, heat and strong aromas. Best enjoyed within 18 months; green tea is at its freshest within 12.
Is there a minimum corporate order?
Corporate pricing starts at 20 boxes. Volume savings apply from 50.
Do you issue business invoices?
Yes — VAT invoices, purchase orders and bank transfer payment are all supported.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph it and contact us within 48 hours; we will replace it at no cost.
